ASMI is a medical college situated in Andijan. It has been regarded as one of the premiere institute in the Republic of Uzbekistan. There has always been a very high demand for medical specialists and ASMI meets this need very well in Uzbekistan. It was established on 2nd August 1995 by Uzbek government. There have been more than 2,300 students enrolled with this institute every year. 2) FERGANA STATE UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTRE, UZBEKISTAN
It has been the leading educational establishment of Uzbekistan. It has been training various medical specialist from 70 years till date. It was established on 1st May 1930 by the Council of National Commissioners. Around 10,000 candidates have been graduated by this institute every year. The university is known for continuously improvising its courses according to the change in the educational pattern.
3) SAMARKAND STATE MEDICAL INSTITUTE, UZBEKISTAN
It was established on 22nd January 1927 in Samarkand, Uzbekistan by a decree of government. It was renamed as Samarkand State University in 1961. The teaching staff consists of many scientists who have been the honourable members of the world’s most prestigious academies. 4) TASHKENT PEDIATRIC MEDICAL INSTITUTE, UZBEKISTAN
It’s the only Paediatric Institute in the central Asia, established in 1972. The main objective behind the formation of this institute was to train highly qualified doctors and paediatrics. 5) URGENCH BRANCH OF TASHKENT MEDICAL ACADEMY, UZBEKISTAN
